CiTY COUNCIL, CITY OF SOUTH SAN FRANCISCO, STATE OF CALIFORNIA
A RESOLUTION OF AWARD OF CONTRACT
ICUSTODIAL PAPER SUPPLIES)
WHEREAS, pursuant to previous authorization and published notice, bids
were publicly opened, examined and declared on the 7th day of September,
1989, for CUSTODIAL PAPER SUPPLIES, BID NO. 1794.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of South
San Francisco, that:
1. T~e Council hereby awards the contract to the lowest responsible
bidder, Zellerbach Paper Company, 245 South Spruce Avenue, South San
Francisco, California, for the bid price of Twenty Four Thousand Four
Hundred Six Dollars and Eighty One Cents ($24,406.81).
2. Tqe City Manager is hereby authorized to enter into a written
contract with the successful bidder.
3. Tie Council hereby rejects all other proposals or bi ds.
I hereby certify that the foregoing Resolution was regularly introduced and
adopted by the City Council of the City of South San Francisco at a regular
meeting held on the 27th day of September
, 1989 by the following vote:
AYES:
Councilmembers Mark N. Addiego, Jack Drago, Gus Nicolopulos, and
Mayor Roberta Cerri Teglia
