CI-Y COUNCIL, CITY OF SOUTH SAN FRANCISCOj STATE OF CALIFORNIA
A RESOLUTION OF AWARD OF CONTRACT
(LEISURE ACTIVITIES BROCHURES)
WHEREAS, pursuant to previous authorization and published notice, bids
were publicly opened, examined and declared on the 31st day of August, 1989,
for LEISURE ACTIVITIES BROCHURES, BID NO. 1790.
NOW, TFEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of South
San Francisco, that:
1. The Council hereby awards the contract to the lowest responsible
bidder, Alonzo Printing Co., Inc., 1094 San Mateo Avenue, South San Francisco,
California, for the bid price of Thirteen Thousand Eight Hundred Six Dollars
and No Cents ($13,806.00).
2. The City Manager is hereby authorized to enter into a written
contract with the successful bidder.
3. The Council hereby rejects all other proposals or bids.
I hereby certify that the foregoing Resolution was regularly introduced and
adopted by che City Council of the City of South San Francisco at a regular
meeting held on the 27th day of September
, 1989 by the following vote:
AYES:
Councilmembers Mark N. Addiego, Jack Drago, Gus Nicolopulos, and
Mayor Roberta Cerri Teglia
NOES: None
ABSTAIN: None
ABSENT: Councilmember Richard A. Haffey
