A RESOLUTION ACCEPTING DEDICATION OF
A SIDEWALK, STORM DRAIN EASEMENT AND
ACCESS RIGHT RELINQUISHMENTS - EAST
GRAND AVENUE TRACT PARCEL MAP
WHEREAS, the map entitled, "Parcel Map East Grand Avenue Tract" (a
resubdivis~on of a portion of Parcel 4 of lands described in the deed
recorded in Book 324 at Page 103 and of lands described in instrument
number 87151973, Official Record of San Mateo County) prepared by Louis
Attilio ArLta, Civil Engineer & Surveyor, August 1989, has been approved
by the Planning Commission; and
WHEREAS, the Parcel Map dedicates to the City of South San Francisco
for public use an easement for sidewalk and underground storm drain,
designated "Sidewalk and Drainage Easement", and relinquishes access rights
to Parcel 2, except for that length of frontage of Parcel 2 designated as
"45' Access"; and
WHEREAS, that certain easement designated "Future 10' Easement for
Underground Utilities for the Benefit of Parcel 3 Hereon" on the parcel
map is intended to be appurtenant to and for the benefit of Parcel 3 and
is deemed transferred with the conveyance or lease of Parcel 3, whether
or not recited in such conveyance or lease.
NOW, T~EREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of
South San Francisco that:
1. Acceptance of Public Utility Easement.
T~e dedication of the Public Utility Easement as shown on the
Parcel Map is hereby accepted and the City Clerk is authorized to certify
the City's acceptance hereof.
2. Recordation.
TYe City Clerk is authorized to record or cause recordation of
the Parcel Map in the official records of the County of San Mateo.
3. Copies of Recorded Documents.
A copy of the recorded Parcel Map shall be filed in the office
of the City Engineer.
I hereby certify that the foregoing Resolution was regularly introduced and
adopted by the City Council of the City of South San Francisco at a regular
meeting held on the 11th day of October
