CITY COUNCIL, CITY OF SOUTH SAN FRANCISCO, STATE OF CALIFORNIA
A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING EXECUTION OF AN AGREEMENT
FOR ANIMAL CONTROL SERVICES AND SHELTER FACILITIES
WITH THE COUNTY OF SAN MATEO
WHEREAS, the City of South San Francisco has for many years contracted
with the ~ounty of San Mateo for animal control services; and
WHEREAS, the County has recently concluded negotiations with the Humane
Society w~ich in turn requires chan§es in the City's agreement with the
County; amd
WHEREAS, the new agreement for the period July 1, 1989 to June 30, 1992
has been ~eviewed and approved by the South San Francisco City Council;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of South
San Francisco that it hereby authorizes the City Manager to execute the
Agreement with the County of San Mateo for animal control services. A copy
of the A§-eement is on file in the City Clerk's Office.
I hereby certify that the foregoing Resolution was regularly introduced and
adopted by the City Council of the City of South San Francisco at a regular
meeting held on the 25th day of October
, 1989 by the following vote:

Councilmen Mark N. Addiego, Jack Drago, Richard A. Haffey,
Gus Nicolopulos, and Mayor Roberta Cerri Teglia
