CZTY COUNCIL, CITY OF SOUTH SAN FRANCISCO, STATE OF CALIFORNIA
A RESOLUTION REQUESTING PARTICIPATION IN THE
PROGRAM FOR REHABILITATION OF STREETS UTILIZED
BY TRANSIT VEHICLES - PHASE III
WHEREAS, the City of South San Francisco believes the operation of the
Program for Rehabilitation of Streets Utilized by Transit Vehicles - Phase III
to be in ~he public interest; and
WHERE~S, in order to receive allocations as specified in the report, it is
necessary for the City to accept the provisions of the Program rules and to
signify its desire to participate.
NOW, -HEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the City of South San Francisco desires
to join the Program and approves the provisions of the report.
I hereby certify that the foregoing Resolution was regularly introduced and
adopted by the City Council of the City of South San Francisco at a regular
meeting held on the 13th day of December
