CITY COUNCIL, CITY OF SOUTH SAN FRANCISCO, STATE OF CALIFORNIA
A RESOLUTION APPROVING EXECUTION OF A LEASE AND
MANAGEMENT AGREEMENT AT THE OYSTER POINT MARINA
FOR VIP MARINE BOAT & STORAGE
WHEREAS, the City Council previously approved a precise plan to allow a
boat sales, storage, and service facility at 671 Marina Boulevard (Parcels
E, E-l, E-2, E-3, and E-4) in the Oyster Point Marina;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of South
San Francisco that it hereby approves a twenty-five year lease and management
agreement for VIP Marine Boat & Storage and authorizes the City Manager to
execute it on behalf of the City. A copy is on file in the City Clerk's Office.
I here)y certify that the foregoing Resolution was regularly introduced and
adopted by the City Council of the City of South San Francisco at a regular
meeting held on the 13th day of December , 19 89 by the following vote:

Councilmembers Jack Drago, Gus Nicolopulos, John R. Penna,
Roberta Cerri Teglia, and Mayor Richard A. Haffey
