A RESOLUTION AMENDING CITY
MANAGER EMPLOYMENT AGREEMENT
WHERE~S, by Resolution No. 111-88 Jesus Armas was appointed to the
position of City Manager, effective September 19, 1988, pursuant to a
three year contract and it has been necessary to clarify certain portions
of that contract; and
NOW, -HEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of South
San Francisco that it hereby approves the First Amendment to the City Manager
Employmenc Agreement, and authorizes the Mayor to execute it on behalf of the
City. A copy is on file in the City Clerk's Office.
I hereby certify that the foregoing Resolution was regularly introduced and
adopted by the City Council of the City of South San Francisco at a regular
meeting held on the 13th day of December
