CZTY COUNCIL, CITY OF SOUTH SAN FRANCISCO, STATE OF CALIFORNIA
A RESOLUTION APPROVING AN APPROPRIATION
TO THE CAPITAL IMPROVEMENT FUND FOR
REPAIRS TO THE ORANGE PARK POOL
WHEREAS, the earthquake of October 17, 1989 caused severe damage to the
filtratior system of the swimming pool at Orange Memorial Park which must
be repaired before the pool can be used.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of South
San Francisco that it hereby appropriates $43,000 from the general fund
balance designated for potential catastrophic events to the capital improvement
fund for repairs to the Orange Memorial Park swimming pool.
I hereby certify that the foregoing Resolution was regularly introduced
and adopted by the City Council of the City of South San Francisco at a
.regular meeting held on the 13th day of December
