CITY COUNCIL, CITY OF SOUTH SAN FRANCISCO, STATE OF CALIFORNIA
A RESOLUTION APPROVING BUDGET
AMENDMENT 89-9 TO THE 1989-1990
OPERATING BUDGET
WHEREAS, on November 7, 1989 the voters approved an increase in the
transient occupancy tax for the purpose of constructing and operating a
conference center;
NOW, -HEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of South
San FrancJsco that it hereby adopts this budget amendment to include the
conference center in the 1989-90 operating budget and to designate $13,500
from the anticipated transient occupancy tax revenues as an appropriation
for the conference center.
I hereby certify that the foregoing Resolution was regularly introduced
and adopted by the City Council of the City of South San Francisco at a
regular meeting held on the lOth day of January , 1990 by the
following vote:
