CITY COUNCIL, CITY OF SOUTH SAN FRANCISCO, STATE OF CALIFORNIA
A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING AN AGREEMENT
BETWEEN THE COUNTY OF SAN MATEO AND
THE CITY OF SOUTH SAN FRANCISCO FOR
RECYCLING
WHERESS, the County of San Mateo has established criteria for distributing
funds to ublic agencies for recycling programs; and
WHERE , the City of South San Francisco has established a recycling program;
NOW, T EREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of South
San Francisco that it hereby authorizes the City Manager to execute the agreement
entitled "~greement Between the County of San Mateo and the City of South San
Francisco :or Recycling". A copy of the agreement is on file in the City Clerk's
Office.
BE IT :URTHER RESOLVED that the funds received from the County, anticipated
to be $26, !23.00 are hereby appropriated to the City Manager's department budget
