A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING EXECUTION OF AN
AGREEMENT FOR OFF-SITE PUBLIC IMPROVEMENTS
the City of South San Francisco Planning Commission approved
UP-89-855 allowing United Parcel Service (UPS) to expand their
657 Forbes Boulevard; and
, conditions of approval for the use permit require UPS to
connector road between Forbes Boulevard and Oyster Point
!EREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of South
~co that the City Manager is authorized to execute on behalf of
agreement for Off-site Public Improvements between the City and
United Parcel Service. A copy of the agreement is on file in the City
Clerk's Office.
