A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING EXECUTION OF
AMENDMENT NO. 2 TO THE AGREEMENT TO
FURNISH CONSULTANT ENGINEERING AND
DESIGN SERVICES FOR THE OYSTER POINT
GRADE SEPARATION/INTERCHANGE PROJECT
~ESOLVED by the City Council of the City of South San Francisco
The City Manager is authorized to execute on behalf of the City of
South San :rancisco an Agreement entitled Amendment No. 2 to the
Agreement - Authorization for Continuation of Services for the Oyster
Point Interchange and Grade Separation", between the City of South San
Francisco ~nd CH2M Hill/T.Y. Lin International, a joint venture. A copy
of the Agreement is on file in the City Clerk's Office.
