CITIY COUNCIL, CITY OF SOUTH SAN FRANCISCO, STATE OF CALIFORNIA
A RESOLUTION REVISING SCAVENGER
RATES AND CHARGES
WHEREAS~ on February 14, 1990, the City Council of the City of South
San FrancisCo held a public hearing as required by Municipal Code Section
8.16.440A to consider revising scavenger rates and charges; and
WHEREAS, after all evidence presented at the public hearing the City
Council finds that it is reasonable to revise the rates to reflect the
increased d~sposal fees paid by the Scavenger Company for use of the Ox
Mountain landfill.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of South
San Francisco that it hereby approves the revised scavenger rates and charges
shown on Exhibit "A", which is attached and incorporated herein. These new
rates shall be retroactive to January 1, 1990. If the disposal fees at
Ox Mountain are reduced at any time in the future, the rates will be reduced
accordingly with City Council concurrence.
I hereb~ certify that the foregoing Resolution was regularly introduced
and adoptedlby the City Council of the City of South San Francisco at a
regular 'imeeting held on the 14th day of February , 1990 by the
