A RESOLUTION OF AWARD OF
CONTRACT FOR THE SAN MATEO
AVENUE PUMP STATION FORCE
MAIN
W~EREAS, pursuant to previous authorization and published
notice, bids were publicly opened, examined and declared on the
15th day of February, 1990, for the San Mateo Avenue Pump Station
Force ~ain, Project No. SS-89-1.
NeW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City
of South Francisco, that:
1.' The Council hereby awards the contract to the lowest
responsible bidder, P & M Pipeline of San Francisco for the Bid
Price of Ninety Nine Thousand Four Hundred Seventy Two Dollars
($99,47,2.00).
2. The City Manager is hereby authorized to enter into a
written contract with the successful bidder.
3. The Council hereby rejects all other proposals or bids.
I hereby certify that the foregoing Resolution was regularly
introduced and adopted by the City Council of the Cit-Yth°f28 South
San Francisco at a regular meeting held on the day
of February , 1990 by the following vote:
