CITY COUNCIL, CITY OF SOUTH SAN FRANCISCO, STATE OF CALIFORNIA
A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING EXECUTION OF AMENDMENT
NO. 1 TO CIVIL ENGINEERING SERVICES AGREEMENT
FOR THE TERRABAY PROJECT
BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of South San Francisco, that:
The City Manager is authorized to execute on behalf of the City an
Agreement entitled "Amendment No. i to Civil Engineering Services Agreement for the
Terrabay Project", between the City of South San Francisco and Wilsey & Ham.
A copy of the Agreement is on file in the City Clerk's Office.
I hereby certify that the foregoing Resolution was regularly introduced and
adopted by the City Council of the City of South San Francisco at a regular
__meeting held on the 28th day of February , 1989 by the following vote.

Councilmembers Jack Drago, Gus Nicolopulos, John R. Penna,
toberta Cerri Teglia, and Mayor Richard A. Haffey
