OUNCIL, CITY OF SOUTH SAN FRANCISCO, STATE OF CALIFORNIA
A RESOLUTION OF AWARD OF
CONTRACT FOR THE MAGNOLIA
SENIOR CENTER SECOND
LEVEL IMPROVEMENTS
WH REAS, pursuant to previous authorization and published
notice, bids were publicly opened, examined and declared on the
lOth da of January, 1990, for the Magnolia Senior Center Second
Level I )rovements, Project No. PB-86-1A.
NO , THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City
of Sout Francisco, that:
1. The Council hereby awards the contract to the lowest
responsible bidder, Ghadir Nejat of San Jose for the Bid Price of
Three ndred Thirty Four Thousand Dollars ($334,000.00) for the
base bi , Twenty Five Thousand Dollars ($25,000.00) for Alternate
#1, Sev n Thousand Dollars ($7,000.00) for Alternate #2 and
Thirteen Thousand Dollars ($13,000.00) for Alternate 3.

The City Manager is hereby authorized to enter into a
ontract with the successful bidder.
3. The Council hereby rejects all other proposals or bids.

San Fran isco at a regular meeting held on the 28th day
