CITY COUNCIL, CITY OF SOUTH SAN FRANCISCO, STATE OF CALIFORNIA
A RESOLUTION APPROVING BUDGET
AMENDMENT 89-1 TO THE 1989-1990
CAPITAL IMPROVEMENT BUDGET
WHEREAS, since the Aircraft Noise Insulation Project, Phase V(a) is
moving alGng more rapidly than anticipated, the Public Works Department
needs $527,000 to cover the costs.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of South
San Francisco that it hereby adopts this budget amendment to appropriate
$527,000 from the Capital Improvement reserves to Airport Noise Insulation
Project, Phase V(a).
I hereby certify that the foregoing Resolution was regularly introduced
and adopted by the City Council of the City of South San Francisco at a
regular meeting held on the 14thday of March
