;ITY COUNCIL, CITY OF SOUTH SAN FRANCISCO, STATE OF CALIFORNIA
A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING EXECUTION OF
AN INTERJURISDICTIONAL PRETREATMENT
AGREEMENT WITH THE TOWN OF COLMA
WHEREAS, the Town of Colma utilizes the South San Francisco-San Bruno
wastewat~r treatment system for which South San Francisco is the
administrative authority pursuant to a Service Agreement dated December 2,
1981; and
WHEREAS, South San Francisco must develop and implement an industrial
pretreatment program pursuant to conditions contained in its discharge permit
from the iCalifornia Regional Water Quality Control Board;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of South San
Francisco! that it hereby authorizes the City Manager to execute on behalf of
the City ~he Interjurisdictional Pretreatment Agreement Between the City of
South Sanl Francisco and the Town of Colma. A copy of the Agreement is on file
in the City Clerk's Office.
I hereby certify that the foregoing Resolution was regularly introduced and
adopted bY the City Council of the City of South San Francisco at a regular
meeting held on the 28th day of March , 1990, by the following vote:

Councilmembers Jack Drago, Gus Nicolopulos, John R. Penna,
Roberta Cerri Teglia, and Mayor Richard A. Haffey
