CiIT¥ COUNCIL, CITY OF SOUTH SAN FRANCISCO, STATE OF CALIFORNIA
A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING EXECUTION OF
SUPPLEMENT NO. 7 TO THE SEWAGE DISPOSAL
AGREEMENT WITH THE NORTH SAN MATEO
COUNTY SANITATION DISTRICT
WHEREA~, the North San Mateo County Sanitation District utilizes the South
San Francisco-San Bruno wastewater treatment system for which South San
Franciscolis the administrative authority pursuant to a Service Agreement
dated Mar~h 4, 1968; and
WHEREAS, South San Francisco must develop and implement an industrial
pretreatment program pursuant to conditions contained in its discharge permit
from the California Regional Water Quality Control Board;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of South San
Franciscolthat it hereby authorizes the City Manager to execute on behalf of
the City Supplement No. 7 to the Sewage Disposal Agreement Between the City .of
South San'Francisco and the North San Mateo County Sanitation District. A
copy of t~e Agreement is on file in the City Clerk's Office.
I hereby certify that the foregoing Resolution was regularly introduced and
adopted b~ the City Council of the City of South San Francisco at a regular
meeting held on the 28th day of March , 1990 by the following vote:
AYES: Councilmembers Jack Dra§o, Gus Nicolopulos, John R. Penna,
NOES:
Roberta Cerri Teglia, and Mayor Richard A. Haffey
