iCITY COUNCIL, CITY OF SOUTH SAN FRANCISCO, STATE OF CALIFORNIA
A RESOLUTION APPROVING BUDGET AMENDMENT
89-17 TO TNE 1989-90 OPERATING BUDGET
WH£REAS, the City Council has authorized execution of an agreement for
architedtural services for the Conference Center; and
WHEREAS, it is anticipated that sufficient revenues from the special
transit loccupancy tax to cover the costs of architectural services will be
received by July 1, 1990 but in the interim costs will be incurred;
NOW, iTHEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of South San
FrancisQo that it hereby appropriates a loan of $360,754 from the General Fund
for architectural services for the Conference Center.
I hereby certify that the foregoing Resolution was regularly introduced and
adopted !by the City Council of the City of South San Francisco at a regular
meeting iheld on the 28th day of March
