~ITY COUNCIL, CITY OF SOUTH SAN FRANCISCO, STATE OF CALIFORNIA
A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING EXECUTION OF
AN AGREEMENT FOR UNDERWRITING SERVICES
FOR THE CONFERENCE CENTER
WHEREAS, the City has received a proposal from Stone and Youngberg to
provide ~nderwriting services for the Conference Center;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of South San
Francisco that it hereby authorizes the City Manager on behalf of the City to
execute an Agreement with Stone and Youngberg for Underwriting Services for
the Conference Center. A copy of the Agreement is on file in the City Clerk's
Office. ~
I hereby certify that the foregoing Resolution was regularly introduced and
adopted by the City Council of the City of South San Francisco at a regular
meeting held on the 28th day of March , 1990 by the following vote:
