CITY COUNCIL, CITY OF SOUTH SAN FRANCISCO, STATE OF CALIFORNIA
A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING EXECUTION OF AMENDMENT
NO. 2 TO THE AGREEMENT TO FURNISH GEOTECHNICAL
SERVICES FOR THE OYSTER POINT GRADE SEPARATION/
INTERCHANGE PROJECT
BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of South San Francisco, that
the City Manager is authorized to execute on behalf of the City a Contract
entitle¢., "Amendment No. 2 to an Agreement with P & D Technologies for
Preparation of the Environmental Document for the Oyster Point Grade
Separation/Interchange Project", between the City of South San Francisco and P
& D Technologies (previously PRC Engineering). A copy of the Agreement is on
file in the City Clerk's Office.
I hedeby certify that the foregoing Resolution was regularly introduced and
adopted iby the City Council of the City of South San Francisco at a regular
meeting !held on the llth day of April , 1990 by the following vote:
AYES: Councilmembers Jack Draqo, Gus Nicolopulos, John R. Penna,
NOES:
