iCITY COUNCIL, CITY OF SOUTH SAN FRANCISCO, STATE OF CALIFORNIA
A RESOLUTION OF AWARD OF CONTRACT
(OAK AVENUE STORM DRAIN)
WHEREAS, pursuant to previous authorization and published notice, bids were
publicly opened, examined and declared on March 20, 1990, for Oak Avenue Storm
Drain, P, roject No. SD-88-01.
NOW, '~HEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of South San
FranciscO, that:
1. T~e Council hereby awards the contract to the lowest responsible
bidder, )alton Construction of Hayward for the Bid Price of One Hundred Forty
Eight Thousand Nineteen Dollars ($148,019.00).
2. The City Manager is hereby authorized to enter into a written contract
with thei successful bidder.
3. The Council hereby rejects all other proposals or bids.
I hereby certify that the foregoing Resolution was regularly introduced and
adopted by the City Council of the City of South San Francisco at aregular
meeting
