QITY COUNCIL, CITY OF SOUTH SAN FRANCISCO, STATE OF CALIFORNIA
A RESOLUTION APPROVING BUDGET AMENDMENT 89-3
TO THE 1989-90 CAPITAL IMPROVEMENT BUDGET
WHERE~S, the City Council has authorized execution of an agreement for the
Oak AvenOe Storm Drain in the amount of $148,019.00; and
WHERE~S, it is anticipated that an additional $20,000 is needed to cover
any othe~ costs to be incurred;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of South San
Franciscc that it hereby appropriates for the Oak Avenue Storm Drain Project
$20,000 from gas tax funds previously appropriated to the Lux-California Storm
Drain Prcject.
I hereby certify that the foregoing Resolution was regularly introduced and
adopted ~ the City Council of the City of South San Francisco at a reqular
meeting ~eld on the llth day of April , 1990 by the following vote:
