~ITY COUNCIL, CITY OF SOUTH SAN FRANCISCO, STATE OF CALIFORNIA
A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING EXECUTION
OF A RIGHT OF WAY CERTIFICATION
FOR THE ALTA LOMA PATHWAY
WHEREAS, right of way has been acquired for a pedestrian pathway and
concrete istairway at the Alta Loma pathway, and the City will have legal and
physical ipossession and a right to enter on all land; and
WNEREA~, Caltrans requires that the City provide certification concerning
the acquisition of the right of way;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of South San
Franciscoithat the City Manager is authorized to execute the required
certification and related documents.
I hereby certify that the foregoing Resolution was regularly introduced and
adopted b~ the City Council of the City of South San Francisco at a regular
meeting held on the 11th day of April , 1990 by the following vote:
