TY COUNCIL, CITY OF SOUTH SAN FRANCISCO, STATE OF CALIFORNIA
A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING FILING A CLAIM WITH
THE METROPOLITAN TRANSPORTATION COMMISSION
FOR THE ALTA LOMA PATHWAY PROJECT
WHEREAS, the City Council has authorized execution of a right-of-way
certification for the Alta Loma Pathway Project;
NOW, -HEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of South
San Franc*sco that it hereby authorizes filing a claim with the Metropolitan
Transportation Commission requesting Transportation Development Act funds to
help fund.the project.
I hereby certify that the foregoing Resolution was regularly introduced
and adopted by the City Council of the City of South San Francisco at a
regula~ meeting held on the 11th day of
following vote:
