RESOLUTION NO. 41-90
'Y COUNCIL, CITY OF SOUTH SAN FRANCISCO, STATE OF CALIFORNIA
A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE FILING OF
GRANT APPLICATIONS BY THE CITY MANAGER
FOR THE BENEFIT OF THE OPERATIONS AND
PROGRAMS OF THE SOUTH SAN FRANCISCO
SENIOR CENTERS
WHEREAS, the City of South San Francisco, at various times, must file
applicatiors for grant projects with the San Mateo County Area Agency on
Aging; and
WHEREAS, it is desirable that a blanket authorization be granted to
the City Manager to file for funding and to obtain grants for the South
San Francisco Senior Centers for the operations and programs of the senior
centers.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of South
San Francisco that it does hereby authorize the City Manager to execute and
cause to be filed any and all applications required for and on behalf of the
South San Francisco Senior Centers for funding for the programs and operation
of the senior centers.
BE IT FJRTHER RESOLVED that this authorization shall be effective for the
period of JJly 1, 1990 through June 30, 1991, inclusive, and this resolution
of authoriq~ shall terminate and expire at the time without further action by
the City CoJncil.
I hereby certify that the foregoing Resolution was regularly introduced and
adopted by Che City Council of the City of South San Francisco at a regular
