CITY COUNCIL, CITY OF SOUTH SAN FRANCISCO, STATE OF CALIFORNIA
A RESOLUTION APPROVING SPECIFICATIONS,
AUTHORIZING THE PURCHASE OF SUPPLIES,
EQUIPMENT OR SERVICES AND CALLING BIDS
FOR LEISURE ACTIVITIES BROCHURES
WHEREA~, specifications providing for the purchase of supplies, equipment
and/or serlices have been submitted, which specifications are entitled:
LEISURE ACTIVITIES BROCHURES - BID NO. 1808
WHEREAt;, the City Council desires to approve the specifications, authorize
the purcha!;e, and call for sealed proposals;
NOW, EREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of South
San Franci co, that:

specifications identified above are approved, and the purchase
horized.
2. Th Administrative Services Officer is hereby directed to publish a
notice invi sealed proposals or bids for the purchase in accordance with
the specifi:ations on file in the office of the Administrative Services
Officer. N~)tice shall be published in the Enterprise-Journal, a newspaper of
general cir~:ulation printed and published in the City of South San Francisco,
at least te) (10) days before the date of opening of the bids.
3. Bi, will be received by the City of South San Francisco, California,
at the office of the Administrative Services Officer of the City, City Hall
Annex, 315 )laple Avenue, South San Francisco, California 94080, at or before
the hour of 2:00 P.M. on Tuesday, the 29th day of May, 1990, that time being
not less then ten (10) days from the first publication of notice.
The bids will be publicly opened, examined and declared at that time
in the Conference Room,. City Hall, 400 Grand Avenue, South San Francisco, and
award will t~ereafter be made by the City Council of the City to the lowest
responsible i>idder or bidders, subject, however, to the right of the City
Council to r)ject any and all bids.
I hereby certify that the foregoing Resolution was regularly introduced and
adopted by t)~e City Council of the City of South San Francisco at a regular
meeting held on the 9th day of May , 1990 by the following vote:
AYES: C~uncilmembers Jack Drago, Gus Nicolopulos, John R. Penna,
R~berta Ce~ri Teglia, and .~layor Richard 'A. Haffey.
