CITY COUNCIL, CITY OF SOUTH SAN FRANCISCO, STATE OF CALIFORNIA
A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING EXECUTION OF
AMENDMENT i TO THE AGREEMENT FOR SEWAGE
TREATMENT PLANT SLUDGE REMOVAL
WHEREAS, the price of organic blending material has risen substantially
since the original agreement was entered into and the past several years of
drought have substantially decreased the market for the resulting products;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of South
San Francisco, that the City Manager is authorized to execute on behalf of
the City Anendment No. i to the Agreement entitled, "Agreement, Sewage
Treatment Plant Sludge Removal" between the City of South San Francisco and
Tillo Products Company. A copy of Amendment No. I to the Agreement is on
file in the City Clerk's Office.
I hereby certify that the foregoing Resolution was regularly introduced
and adoptec by the City Council of the City of South San Francisco at a
regular meeting held on the 9th. day of Ma.v
