CITY COUNCIL, CITY OF SOUTH SAN FRANCISCO, STATE OF CALIFORNIA
A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING EXECUTION OF AN
AGREEMENT FOR MAINTENANCE OF STATE HIGHWAYS
BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of South San Francisco
that:
The City Manager is authorized to execute on behalf of the City of
South San Francisco an Agreement for maintenance of State Highways between
the City ~f South San Francisco and the State of California, acting by and
through tie Department of Transportation. A copy of the Agreement is on
file in tie City Clerk's Office.
I hereby certify that the foregoing Resolution was regularly introduced
and adopted by the City Council of the City of South San Francisco at a
regular meeting held on the 9th
day of May , 1990, by the
