CITY COUNCIL, CITY OF SOUTH SAN FRANCISCO, STATE OF CALIFORNIA
A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING EXECUTION OF AN
AGREEMENT TO ISSUE ROUTINE ENCROACHMENT
PERMITS ON CONVENTIONAL HIGHWAYS
BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of South San Francisco
that:
The C~ty Manager is authorized to execute on behalf of the City of
South San Francisco an Agreement to issue routine encroachment permits
on convencional highways between the City of South San Francisco and the
State of California, acting by and through the Department of Transportation.
A copy of the Agreement is on file in the City Clerk's Office.
I hereby certify that the foregoing Resolution was regularly introduced
and adopted by the City Council of the City of South San Francisco at a
regular meeting held on the 9th day of
