CITY COUNCIL, CITY OF SOUTH SAN FRANCISCO, STATE OF CALIFORNIA
A RESOLUTION APPROVING BUDGET
AMENDMENT 89-18 TO THE 1989-1990
OPERATING BUDGET
WHEREAS, the City Council has accepted and approved an agreement between
the City aid the South San Francisco Police Association, Unit C.
NOW, T~EREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of South
San Francisco that it hereby approves transfer of the appropriation of the
sum of $55,178 from the nondepartmental budget and $9,058 from the undesignated
fund balance to the departmental budget in order to fund the salary and related
benefit increases associated with the agreement.
I here)y certify that the foregoing Resolution was regularly introduced
and adopted by the City Council of the City of South San Francisco at a
regular meeting held on the 9th day of May
