CITY ;OUNCIL, CITY OF SOUTH SAN FRANCISCO, STATE OF CALIFORNIA
A RESOLUTION APPROVING AND AUTHORIZING THE
SUBMITTAL OF THE STATEMENT OF OBJECTIVES
AND PROJECTED USE OF COMMUNITY DEVELOPMENT
BLOCK GRANT FUNDS FOR FISCAL YEAR 1990-91
WHEREAS, in order to secure Community Development Block Grant Funds from
the Department of Housing and Urban Development it is necessary to submit a
Statement of Objectives and Projected Use of Community Development Block Grant
Funds for :iscal Year 1990-91, attached as Exhibit "A".
NOW, T~EREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of South
San Francisco that it hereby approves the Statement of Objectives and Projected
Use of Community Development Block Grant Funds for Fiscal Year 1990-91, and
that the City Manager is authorized to submit the Statement of Objectives and
Projected Jse of Funds to the Department of Housing and Urban Development,
along with any additional information required and to execute all documents
necessary to secure Community Development Block Grant funds for the City of
South San :rancisco.
BE IT =URTHER RESOLVED that the funding levels for the programs
specifically identified in the Statement of Objectives and Projected Use of
Community )evelopment Block Grant Funds for Fiscal Year 1990-191 are hereby
approved.
I here)y certify that the foregoing Resolution was regularly introduced
and adopted by the City Council of the City of South San Francisco at a
regular meeting held on the 9th day of May , 1990, by
the following vote: -

Councilmembers Jack Draqo~ Gus Nicolopulos~ John R. Penna,
Roberta Cerri Teglia~ and Mayor'Richard A. Haffes
