CITY COUNCIL, CITY OF SOUTH SAN FRANCISCO, STATE OF CALIFORNIA
A RESOLUTION OF AWARD OF CONTRACT
FOR THE SLUDGE THICKENING REDUNDANCY
PROGRAM
WHEREAS, pursuant to previous authorization and published notice, bids
were publicly opened, examined and declared on the 8th day of May, 1990,
for the SlJdge Thickening Redundancy Program, Project No. WTP-85-2.
NOW, T~EREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of South
San Francisco, that:
1. Tie Council hereby awards the contract to the lowest responsible
bidder, INA Construction of Tracy, California in the amount of Two Hundred
Sixty Seven Thousand Forty Seven Dollars and No Cents {$267,047.00)
2. Tie City Manager is hereby authorized to enter into a written
contract with the successful bidder.
3. Tie Council hereby rejects all other proposals or bids.
I hereby certify that the foregoing Resolution was regularly introduced and
adopted by the City Council of the City of South San Francisco at a regular
meeting he'd on the 13th day of June
, 1990 by the following vote:
AYES:
City Councilmembers Jack Drago, Gus Nicolopulos, John R. Penna,
Roberta Cerri Teglia, and Mayor Richard A. Haffey
