CITY COUNCIL, CITY OF SOUTH SAN FRANCISCO, STATE OF CALIFORNIA
A RESOLUTION OF AWARD OF CONTRACT
(LEISURE ACTIVITIES BROCHURES)
WHEREAS, pursuant to previous authorization and published notice, bids
were publicly opened, examined and declared on the 29th day of May, 1990,
for LEISURE ACTIVITIES BROCHURES, BID NO. 1808.
NOW, TFEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of South
San Francisco, that:
1. T~e Council hereby awards the contract to the lowest responsible
bidder, Alonzo Printing Co., Inc., 1094 San Mateo Avenue, South San Francisco,
California, for the bid price of Seventeen Thousand Three Hundred Sixty Nine
Dollars an¢ Forty-Two Cents ($17,369.42).
2. The City Manager is hereby authorized to enter into a written
contract with the successful bidder.
3. The Council hereby rejects all other proposals or bids.
I hereby certify that the foregoing Resolution was regularly introduced and
adopted by the City Council of the City of South San Francisco at a regular
meeting held on the 13th day of June
, 1990 by the following vote:

City Councilmembers Jack Drago, Gus Nicolopulos, John R. Penna,
Roberta Cerri Teglia, and Mayor Richard A. Haffey
