CI-Y COUNCIL, CITY OF SOUTH SAN FRANCISCO, STATE OF CALIFORNIA
A RESOLUTION APPROVING THE FINAL MAP
ENTITLED "TERRABAY SUBDIVISION FINAL
MAP" AND AUTHORIZING RELATED ACTS
BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of South San Francisco that:
1. Map Approval
Tke Final Map, entitled "Terrabay Subdivision Final Map", is hereby
approved.
2. Acceptance of Dedications
T~e dedications of public use as shown on the map of Terrabay Subdivision
for street purposes and easements for public utilities are hereby accepted and
the City C'erk is authorized to certify the City's acceptance.
3. A~reement
Execution of the "Agreement, Terrabay Subdivision Improvements", by the
City Manager on behalf of the City is hereby authorized.
4. Recordation
T~e City Clerk is authorized and directed to record or cause
recordatior of the Final Map and Agreement in the official records of the
County.
5. Copies of Recorded Documents
A reproducible mylar, or equal, copy of the recorded Final Map shall
be filed iF the Office of the City Engineer, and a copy of the Subdivision
Improvements Agreement shall be filed in the offices of {1) City Clerk,
(2) Plannirg Director and (3) City Engineer, and the Building Division shall
withhold b~ilding permits until the copies of the recorded documents are filed.
I hereby certify that the foregoing Resolution was regularly introduced
and adopte¢ by the City Council of the City of South San Francisco at a
regular meeting held on the 13th day of June , 1990, by the
following vote:

City Councilmembers Jack Draqo, Gus Nicolopulos, John R. Penna,
Roberta Cerri Teqlia, and Mayor Richard A. Haffey
