A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING EXECUTION
OF AN AGREEMENT FOR WQCP CAPITAL
IMPROVEMENT PROGRAM ENGINEERING
SERVICES
BE IT R~SOLVED by the City Council of the City of South San Francisco
that:
The City Manager is authorized to execute on behalf of the City of
South San Francisco an Agreement for WQCP Capital Improvement Program
Engineering Services between the City of South San Francisco and CH2M
Hill. A co~y of the Agreement is on file in the City Clerk's Office.
I here~ certify that the foregoing Resolution was regularly introduced
and adopted by the City Council of the City of South San Francisco at a
regular meeting held on the 27th day of June , 1990, by the
following vote:
AYES: Councilmembers Jack Drago, Gus Nicolopulos, John R. Penna,
Roberta Cerri Teglia, and Mayor Richa'rd A.~ Haffey
