CITY COUNCIL, CITY OF SOUTH SAN FRANCISCO, STATE OF CALIFORNIA
A RESOLUTION APPOINTING ENGINEER OF WORK
FOR THE POINTE GRAND BUSINESS PARK ASSESSMENT DISTRICT
WHEREAS, this Council has determined to undertake
proceedings pursuant to appropriate assessment and assessment
bond acts for the acquisition and construction of public
improvements;
WHEREAS, the public interest and convenience will be served
by appointing and employing an engineer for the preparation and
conduct of these proceedings;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the
City of South San Francisco as follows:
1. Arthur Wong, City Engineer for the City, is appointed as
Engineer of Work and employed to do and perform all engineering
work necessary in and for these proceedings, including the
preparation of the requisite plans, specifications, maps and
descriptions of easements, estimate of costs, diagram and
assessment, and that compensation therefor is hereby fixed at a
reasonable engineering fee for all of these engineering services,
the fee to be approved by this Council.
2. The Engineer of Work is hereby directed to examine and
approve the engineering documents, and to provide inspection of
the construction of the improvements and to accept the work when
it is satisfactorily completed. The cost of the inspection shall
be assessed as an incidental expense of the proceedings.
I hereby certify that the foregoing Resolution was regularly
introduced and adopted by the City Council of the City of South
San Francisco at a
