COUNCIL, CITY OF SOUTH SAN FRANCISCO, STATE OF CALIFORNIA
A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING EXECUTION OF AN AGREEMENT
AND APPROVING A RATE SCHEDULE FOR THE COLLECTION
AND DISPOSAL OF SOLID WASTE REFUSE

BE IT ~ESOLVED by the City Council of the City of South San Francisco
that: )
1) The Mayor is authorized to execute on behalf of the City of South San
Francisco an Agreement for the Collection and Disposal of Solid Waste Refuse
between the City of South San Francisco and the South San Francisco Scavenger
Company, I~c. A copy of the Agreement is on file in the City Clerk's Office.
2)
I~ approves of the rate schedule attached as Exhibit "A".
I hereby certify that the foregoing Resolution was regularly introduced
and adopted by the City Council of the City of South San Francisco at a
