CITY COUNCIL, CITY OF SOUTH SAN FRANCISCO, STATE OF CALIFORNIA
A RESOLUTION APPROVING THE FINAL MAP
ENTITLED "AVALON HEIGHTS SUBDIVISION
FINAL MAP" AND AUTHORIZING RELATED ACTS
BE IT ~ESOLVED by the City Council of the City of South San Francisco that:
1. ?p Approval
The Final Map, entitled "Avalon Heights Subdivision Final Map", is hereby
approved. ~
2. ACceptance of Dedications
TBe dedications of public use as shown on the map of Avalon Heights
Subdivisio~ for street purposes and easements for public utilities are hereby
accepted a~d the City Clerk is authorized to certify the City's acceptance.
3. ~greement
E×ecution of the "Agreement, Avalon Heights Subdivision Improvements",
by the City Manager on behalf of the City is hereby authorized.
4. ~ecordati on
T~e City Clerk is authorized and directed to record or cause recordation
of the Final Map and Agreement in the official records of the County.
5. ~pies of Recorded Documents
Aireproducible mylar, or equal, copy of the recorded Final Map shall be
filed in the Office of the City Engineer, and a copy of the Subdivision Improvements
Agreement shall be filed in the offices of (1) City Clerk, (2) Planning Director
and (3) City Engineer, and the Building Division shall withhold building permits
until the copies of the recorded documents are filed.
I here~y certify that the foregoing Resolution was regularly introduced and
adopted by the City Council of the City of South San Francisco at a regular
meeting held on the 25th day of July , 1990, by the following vote:
