CITY COUNCIL, CITY OF SOUTH SAN FRANCISCO, STATE OF CALIFORNIA
A RESOLUTION AMENDING RESOLUTION NO. 41-86 AND
ESTABLISHING NEW PAY RATES FOR THE MANAGEMENT
AND CONFIDENTIAL EMPLOYEE GROUP
BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of South San Francisco
that ResolUtion No. 41-86, a Resolution Setting Salary Policy, Benefits, and
Working Corditions for Members of the Management and Confidential Employee
Group in Accordance with the Provisions of the Management and Confidential
Employee COmpensation Program, as amended, is further amended. A copy is
on file in the City Clerk's Office.

meeting helid on the 25th day of July , 1990 by the following vote:
AYES: Qouncilmembers Jack Drago, Gus Nicolopulos, John R. Penna,
Roberta Cerri Teglia, and Mayor Richard A. Haffey
