CITY COUNCIL, CITY OF SOUTH SAN FRANCISCO, STATE OF CALIFORNIA
A RESOLUTION APPROVING AN EMPLOYMENT AGREEMENT
WITH VALERIE J. ARMENTO FOR CITY ATTORNEY SERVICES
BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of South San Francisco that
it approves an employment agreement with Valerie J. Armento for City Attorney
services ~or a three year period. A copy of the agreement is on file in the
City Clerk's Office.
I hereby certify that the foregoing Resolution was regularly introduced
and adopted by the City Council of the City of South San Francisco at a
regular meeting held on the 14th day of December , 1988, by the
following vote:
