C!TY COUNCIL, CITY OF SOUTH SAN FRANCISCO, STATE OF CALIFORNIA
A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE DEPARTMENT OF
GENERAL SERVICES OF THE STATE OF CALIFORNIA
TO PURCHASE MATERIALS, SUPPLIES AND EQUIPMENT
FOR THE CITY
BE IT RESOLVED that the City Council of the City of South San Francisco
hereby authorizes the Office of Procurement, Department of General Services
of the State of California to purchase materials, supplies and equipment as
needed fo~ and on behalf of the City of South San Francisco, pursuant to
Public Contracts Code Section 10324, and authorizes Jesus Armas, City Manager,
Pauline Malrx, Director of Finance and Joseph Fernekes, Administrative Services
Officer to! sign and deliver all necessary requests and other documents in
connectioni with such purchases.
This Riesol uti on supersedes Resolution No. 99-87 and all prior similar
resol uti onls.
I hereby certify that the foregoing Resolution was regularly introduced
and adopted by the City Council of the City of South San Francisco at a
regular meeting held on the 11th day of January , 1989 , by
the followling vote:
