CITY COUNCIL, CITY OF SOUTH SAN FRANCISCO, STATE OF CALIFORNIA
A RESOLUTION OF AWARD OF CONTRACT
FOR THE EMERGENCY GENERATOR PUMP
STATION NO. 7
WHEREAS, pursuant to previous authorization and published notice, bids
were publicly opened, examined and declared on the 20th day of December,
1988, for
EMERGENCY GENERATOR PUMP STATION NO. 7
PROJECT NO. WTP-88-1; BID NO. 1783
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of South
San Francisco, that:
1. The Council hereby awards the contract to the lowest responsible
bidder, Atlas Electric Co., Inc. of San Carlos, for the Bid Price of Twenty-
six Thousand, Nine Hundred Sixty-three Dollars and No Cents. ($26,963.00).
2. The City Manager is hereby authorized to enter into a written
contract with the successful bidder.
3. The Council hereby rejects all other proposals or bids.
I hereby certify that the foregoing Resolution was regularly introduced
and adopted by the City Council of the City of South San Francisco at a
regular meeting held on the 11th day of January , 1989 by the
following Vote:

Councilmembers Mark N. Addiego, Jack Drago, Richard. A. Haffey,
Gus Nicolopulos, and Mayor Roberta Cerri Teglia
