CITY OF SOUTH SAN FRANCISCO, STATE OF CALIFORNIA
A RESOLUTION APPROVING EXECUTION OF A
LEASE AT THE OYSTER POINT MARINA FOR
OYSTER POINT INN
WHEREAS, the City Council previously approved a precise plan for a bed
and breakfast hotel at the Oyster Point Marina;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of Directors of the South
San Francisco Recreation and Park District that it hereby approves a 50-year
lease for the Oyster Point Inn and authorizes the Executive Director to
execute it on behalf of the District. A copy of the lease is on file in the
City Clerk's Office.
I hereby certify that the foregoing Resolution was regularly introduced
and adopted by the Recreation and Park District of the City of South San
Francisco at a special meeting held on the 13th day of September
1989 by the following vote:
