RECREATION AND PARK DISTRICT
CITY OF SOUTH SAN FRANCISCO, STATE OF CALIFORNIA
A RESOLUTION SETTING THE TIME AND PLACE
OF MEETINGS OF THE RECREATION AND PARK
DISTRICT
WHEREAS, no annual meeting date has ever been established by the Recreation
& Park District; and
WHEREAS, it is desirable to have an annual meeting close in time to the
yearly reorganization of the City Council;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of Directors of the South San
Francisco Recreation and Park District that meetings of the Recreation and Park
District shall be held annually on the second Wednesday in December at 6:45 p.m.
in the Community Room of the Municipal Services Building, 33 Arroyo Drive, South
San Francisco, California. The District may hold special meetings as it deems
necessary and shall provide public notice of all meetings as required by
Government Code Section 54950, et seq., also known as the Ralph M. Brown Act.
I hereby certify that the foregoing Resolution was regularly introduced and
adopted by the Recreation and Park District of the City of South San Francisco
at a re§Ular meeting held on the 13th day of December , 1989 by the
following'vote:
AYES:
Recreation and Park District Boardmembers Jack Draao. Gus Nicolopulos,
John R. Penna, Roberta Cerri Teqlia, and Chairman Richard A. Haffey
