CITY OF SOUTH SAN FRANCISCO, STATE OF CALIFORNIA
A RESOLUTION APPROVING EXECUTION OF A LEASE AND
MANAGEMENT AGREEMENT AT THE OYSTER POINT MARINA
FOR VIP MARINE BOAT & STORAGE
WHEREAS, the City Council previously approved a precise plan to allow a
boat sales, storage, and service facility at 671 Marina Boulevard (Parcels
E, E-l, E-2, E-3, and E-4) in the Oyster Point Marina;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of Directors of the South
San Francisco Recreation and Park District that it hereby approves a
twenty-five year lease and management agreement for VIP Marine Boat & Storage
and authorizes the Executive Director to execute it on behalf of the District.
A copy is On file in the City Clerk's Office.
I hereby certify that the foregoing Resolution was regularly introduced and
adopted by the Recreation and Park District of the City of South San Francisco
at a regular meeting held on the 13th day of December , 19 89 by the
following Vote:
