BACKGROUND/DISCUSSION: Council Resolution No. 62-84 sets annual meetings of the Industrial Development Authority for the second Wednesday in April. There being no apparent :need to have the Authority meet at that particular time, a meeting date that better coincides with the annual Council reorganization is felt to be a more appropriate time to address the Authority's reorganization and its other business. The time and place for the Authority's meeting is being recommended as the second Wednesday in December at 6:50 p.m. in the Community Room of the Municipal Services Building. i ~- Jesus Armas City Manager ATTACHMENTS: Resolution ', G~ ~~ 3 RESOLUTION N0. 10-89 CITY COUNCIL, CITY OF SOUTH SAN FRANCISCO, STATE OF CALIFORNIA A RESOLUTION SETTING THE TIME AND PLACE OF MEETINGS OF THE INDUSTRIAL DEVELOPMENT AUTHORITY WHEREAS, by Resolution No. 62-84 annual meetings of the Industrial Development Authority were set for the second Wednesday in April; and WHEREAS, it is preferable to have the annual meeting closer in time to the yearly reorganization of the City Council; NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of South San Francisco that: 1.
