CITY COUNCIL, CITY OF SOUTH SAN FRANCISCO, STATE OF CALIFORNIA
A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE SUBMITTAL OF AN
APPLICATION TO THE STATE OF CALIFORNIA FOR
RENTAL REHABILITATION PROGRAM GRANT FUNDS
WHEREAS, the State of California recently assumed responsibility for the
administration of the U.S. Department of Housing & Urban Development's Rental
Rehabilitation Program and has invited the City to apply for funds;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of South
San Francisco that the Application to the State of California for Federal
Rental Rehabilitation Program Grant Funds in the amount of $150,000 is hereby
approved, and the City Manager is authorized to submit the Application to the
State of California, along with any additional information required and to
execute all documents necessary to secure Rental Rehabilitation Program Grant
Funds.
I hereby certify that the foregoing Resolution was regularly introduced
and adopted by the City Council of the City of South San Francisco at a
regular meeting held on the 25th day of January , 1989, by the
following vote:
AYES:
Councilmembers Mark N. Addiego, Jack Drago, Richard A. Haffey,
Gus Nicolopulos, and Mayor Roberta Cerri Teglia
NOES: None
