A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING EXECUTION OF AN AGREEMENT
FOR CONSULTING SERVICES FOR THE WESTBOROUGH/GELLERT
SPECIFIC PLAN
BE IT.RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of South San Francisco
that:
The City Manager is authorized to execute on behalf of the City of South
San Francisco an Agreement for consulting services for the Westborough/Gellert
Specific Plan between the City of South San Francisco and EIP Associates.
A copy of the Agreement is on file in the City Clerk's Office.
I hereby certify that the foregoing Resolution was regularly introduced and
adopted by the City Council of the City of South San Francisco at a regular
meeting held on the 25th day of January
